National Diploma (Certificate 4) in Aviation Operations with Business


This course is designed to provide an all-round introduction to the business and aviation operations industry for those who wish to further their careers in one of its many occupational areas such as passenger liaison, ramp work, cargo operations and ground handling, along with traditional business and airline jobs, including customer service positions.

Entry requirements

  • Grade 11 or equivalent, minimum cumulative average of 60%
  • British System IGCSE/GCSE/O-Level Five IGCSE/GCSE/O-level subjects at grade 'C' or above.
  • BTEC Qualification: First Diploma Business or Engineering.
  • English Proficiency: Original scores for any of the following - TOEFL Paper Based (500); or TOEFL CBT (173); or TOEFL IBT (61); or IELTS (5); or PTE Academic (36) or sit the Emirates Aviation University's English Language Entry Test.
