The Master of Arts in International Human Resource Management programme aims to enable students to progress in any career linked with the management and development of people. Managing and developing human resources is becoming much more complex as we see companies grow their business by entering new markets, expanding by acquisitions and mergers, or restructuring to remain competitive. There is an increasing requirement to integrate personnel from different cultures and organisations, whilst at the same time identifying the potential of employees and developing their skills accordingly.
