Emirates Aviation University students participate in Boeing Mentorship Programme

Emirates Aviation University has partnered with The Boeing Company on a number of initiatives to enrich the student experience and support the continued growth of Dubai and the UAE’s aviation industry.

The collaboration includes a grant from Boeing to support classroom teaching materials, a mentoring program pairing together business students with experienced sales and marketing directors from the Boeing team in the UAE, as well as guest lectures from Boeing experts on topics as wide-ranging as aircraft maintenance, HR and career planning.

“Our main focus at Emirates Aviation University (EAU) is our students. We are always keen on providing them with the best tools to develop their skills and capabilities. We believe that education is greatly enhanced by experience and exposure to different, real-life perspectives, and we are always ready to support them in any aspect. We would like to thank Boeing Middle East for this opportunity and we hope that our students will benefit from this collaboration as much as possible,” said Dr Ahmad Al Ali, Vice Chancellor of Emirates Aviation University.

For the mentoring program, seven students from EAU will take part in the Boeing Mentorship Programme, developed by Boeing Middle East. The UAE-based programme focuses on providing students with academic and career guidance, enhancing their leadership skills and exposure to the private sector within the aviation industry.
