Overview
The Diploma in Air Transport and Hospitality prepares students for operational roles in aviation and airport services, combining aviation operations with hospitality and customer service. The programme offers industry-focused subjects on airport operations, passenger handling, customer service, aviation safety and security, hazardous materials handling, and emergency response, equipping students with practical skills for the industry.
The programme focuses on best practices within the complex operational environment in modern airports, preparing you to increase on-job performance as expected by industry stakeholders. It is relevant to working professional who wish to enhance their career prospects.

Internship
As part of the programme, all students will engage in a distinctive 16-week internship within dnata, consolidating theoretical knowledge with hands-on, real-world experience.
Mode of Delivery
This programme is offered on a part time block mode basis. It consists of 8 taught units and one Internship units. The duration of each face-to-face module is 5 days only (Thursday to Monday) at our campus in Dubai Academic City and online through Microsoft teams to accommodate working professionals.
