Dr Bhavana Rajeev is an enthusiastic researcher and Business educator with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in the field of higher education. Her pedagogical approach emphasises in student centred learning by creating inclusive, engaging and interactive classroom environment. Her research delves into integration of Financial services and ethical business practices with a particular focus on CSR and Sustainability. Dr Bhavana has been a Faculty member at Emirates Aviation University since 2018. Prior to this, she taught at several renowned institutions and held positions including Academic research Supervisor and Doctoral Committee member for PHD, DBA and MBA. Through mentoring and evaluating academic researches, she aims to support the development of next generation of scholars and practitioners who will drive ethical and sustainable practices. Dr Bhavana holds a PHD in Commerce and focus her research in the area of Finance, CSR and Banking. Further more she is a trained teacher and have certifications for the academic research supervision.
