Dr. Georgina Farouqa is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Business Management at Emirates Aviation University, where she teaches English and Critical thinking courses. With over 20 years of experience in education, including more than 6 years teaching in Dubai, she is dedicated to enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes. Dr. Farouqa is also the Founder of CEHE (Collaboration Enhancement in Higher Education) and a researcher focused on active learning, student engagement, and the use of educational technologies, including the ICAP framework. Her work has been presented at international conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals. She holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education and Adult Learning, an MS in Adult Learning (TESOL), and a BA in English Language and Literature with a minor in Political Science. Dr Farouqa is fluent in Arabic and English and is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success
