Dr. Mohamud Ambashe is currently an Assistant professor at Emirates Aviation University, Faculty Business Management, Dubai-UAE. He holds a PhD in Finance from University of Bolton United Kingdom, master’s degree in strategic financial management from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom and BA in Business Studies from Huddersfield University United Kingdom. He is expert in financial Reports data analysis and Islamic Banking and Finance. He is outstanding in teaching both finance and Accounting. Dr. Mohamud is excellent trainer in Islamic based and Islamic complied financial products. For many years Dr. Mohamud trained students from Abu Dhabi Islamic bank, Dubai Islamic bank and Sharjah Islamic bank on issues related to Islamic Banking and Finance. His research interest includes International Financial Reporting Standards and Accounting and Auditing of Islamic Financial Institutions standards. Additionally, Likewise Dr Mohamud interest includes Ethics Best Practices Model for Financial Institutions, Case Study Research in Accounting and Financial Institutions, Corporate Social Responsibility and Quantitative Research.
