Mr Omar Chafic obtained his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering in 2005 from the University of Balamand in Lebanon. He received his master degree in from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 2007.

Mr Chafic Joined Emirates Aviation University in September 2007. He was first an instructor and then he was promoted to Lecturer in 2009 and to Senior Lecturer in 2012 and then to programs manager in 2015.
