Dr. Raja’a Sharief Hussien Al-Naimi is a distinguished Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Mathematics and Data Science at Emirates Aviation University (EAU), having recently joined in August 2025. She established her academic foundation at the University of Jordan, earning her Ph.D. in Mathematics in 2019 with Excellent with Honors and ranking first in her class for her work on Toeplitz operators. Dr. Al-Naimi possesses a decade of diverse academic experience (2015-2025) from three Jordanian universities, including a significant tenure as an Assistant Professor at Petra University.

She is internationally recognized for her foundational research in Operator Theory, Complex Analysis, and p-Numerical Radius Theory. Her methodological contributions involve Operator Norm Inequalities and Block Matrix Methodologies, which are crucial for stability analysis and optimization in computational science. Demonstrating a strong interdisciplinary focus, she has an active publication record, including high-impact work on Underwater Thermal Energy Harvesting in IEEE Access (2024). Dr. Al-Naimi is the recipient of the prestigious Venus International Women Awards (VIWA) 2025 Young Woman Researcher Award. She is a versatile educator in Data Science subjects (Biostatistics, Discrete Math) and previously served on key university committees—such as the Accreditation and Research Committees—during her tenure at universities in Jordan.
