As an Admissions and Registration Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in welcoming prospective students and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting students with inquiries regarding admissions procedures and academic programmes.
  • Reviewing and processing applications for admission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Managing registration tasks, such as enrolling students and facilitating class enrollment.
  • Maintaining accurate student records and databases.
  • Collaborating with academic departments to facilitate the admissions process.
  • Providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in admissions, registration, or student services.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems.
