As an Admissions and Registration Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in welcoming prospective students and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students with inquiries regarding admissions procedures and academic programmes.
- Reviewing and processing applications for admission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Managing registration tasks, such as enrolling students and facilitating class enrollment.
- Maintaining accurate student records and databases.
- Collaborating with academic departments to facilitate the admissions process.
- Providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in admissions, registration, or student services.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems.
