Dr. Richard Ihejieto is currently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business Management at Emirate Aviation University, Dubai-UAE. He has an extensive industrial management experience in the United States’ healthcare and hospitality industry and a vast industrial experience in international education leadership in Vietnam, China, and the UAE. He holds a PhD in Management, M.Sc. in Healthcare Management, and PGDE in IB Business Management and Economics. His research interest includes Leadership and Organizational Management, Microeconomics/Macroeconomics, Healthcare Management, HRM, and Education Leadership. His undergraduate subject teaching areas are Principles and Practice of Management, Microeconomies, Macroeconomics, HRM, Organizational Behaviour, Procurement and Supplier Management and Warehouse/Inventory Management. Post-Graduate subject teaching areas includes Leadership and People’s Management, Engineering Strategy, and Healthcare/Hospitality Management. Dr. Richard is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) USA.
